Brittany Paige

We recently took some photographs of Brittany, some for a photographic lighting workshop I was presenting and others just for fun. I love the character of these images, kind of an urban grunge feel. We do a lot of Edmonton wedding photography and the area around Whyte Ave is so cool for photographs.

The Arrival of baby Rylan Lee

My first entry when I started my blog was images from my daughter Melissa's wedding to Trevor. Needless to say they are entering a new phase in there lives with the arrival of a beautiful baby girl Rylan Lee who was born Sept 17, 2007 at 3:36 pm.

I did a maternity session prior to baby's arrival and we are very fortunate to be able to be able to have a five generation portrait. Rylans great, great grandma Elsie ( Nanna ) Robertson is 97 years old and still sharp as a tack.

The baby portraits and hands and feet images were taken by Marj www.smallwonders.squarespace.com and  couldn't be more priceless.

Janice and I are ecstatic to be new grandparents.

My Lighting Workshop Models

I am doing a lighting workshop for my good friend Stephen, the  man behind www.lighttools.com and www.lightrein.com . It appears as though it is going to be a full house. Here are some of my beautiful models for the workshop. Actually Tammy on the left is more of a victum, she came to me for work experience as she is just finishing a 2 year photography program at N.A.I.T and I talked her into modeling so she could take in the workshop. Next is Brit my sweet little niece ( being family she could hardly say no.) Lastly Brandy, a friend and one of my all time favorite models. I am looking forward to tomorrow I think it is going to be an awesome day.
